Train As One CrossFit
CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movement, done at high intensity. CrossFit training eﬃciently combines numerous exercise methods, including weightlifting, gymnastics, and high intensity cardio. CrossFit is constantly varied. This means that each day the workout will involve diﬀerent exercise movements, diﬀerent structures and time domains. It is likely you will not do the same workout in several months, because of the extreme variety. This is an amazing concept, because it prevents you from getting bored.Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics in order to scale to the experience and ﬁtness levels of any individual, be it a total ﬁtness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter. The movements we use are
“functional”, meaning that everything we do in our workouts will make everything you do outside of the gym much easier. You’ll learn gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, you’ll run, jump, row, carry – the list goes on! And our brilliant coaches will be on hand to keep you moving well, and safe, from day one.
